Im on tap for surgery on my shoulder in mid Sept. I’ll be taking off work before that so I don’t have deadlines to worry about when I’m off. Will finish up getting house ready so I can better gauge the r.e. market, so around then I can see what’s on the market in states I’m looking at to see if I’d want land or home. I’m thinking acres lol

According to my parents 100% yes. That's the one thing they hate is their property taxes.
