3" Bilstein/Toytec lift, TRD (fake) Beadlocks in bronze, 285/75/16 General Grabber ATXs, RCI skids & sliders (yet to be actually installed), cb radio install, rear diff breather (lol), ac condensate line extension (also lol), too many stickers on debadged tailgate, RCI bedrack & Smittybilt RTT, busted (and now dangling) trailer light plug from rockrash
Accidentally posted this in the 3rd gen thread first ha.

Finally got around to my rear diff breather today (finished right as the sun went down, actually!), and it was simple enough.

Going to have the rear diff flushed and all this week to make sure I didn't knock any nasty bits in it, but my question is do I have enough slack for travel? In the pic it's the line I have my hand on. I'm holding it up a little, it's not taut at all.

Also, didn't have enough hose to stub out behind my tail light like I wanted so I'm behind the fuel flap under my gas cap now!

    Thanks!

Completed oil change, tire rotation, clean air filter, and greased drive shaft. Reached 167K. Will need new tires by winter to deal with the snow.

The 1st Gen: All pro 3” lift (650 lbs coils, expedition rears with bilstiens),Timbren rear bumpstops, ubolt flip, diff drop, carrier bearing drop, 33’s on beadlocks ,ARB Bumper, winch, hand throttle, ARE canopy, roof bars, poly bushings all around minus the body mounts. The 2nd Gen: Leveling kit, roll up tonneau cover. 265/75/16’s
The harbor freight compressor works ok.

the bad thing about Idaho is that 20 people will stop to help you while you’re re inflating your tires because you have your hood up.

Cowl Induction Mod tonight. Curious to see how it changes the air intake temp. My radio hooks up to the OBDII and one of the gauges is air intake temp. Stock air intake runs about 3-10 degrees hotter than the ambient air temp on any given day so far up to 95 degrees outside.

Installed my 23Zero 270° Awning and also added some plumbers tape to my Roadshower correcting the offset thread direction and leak.

What should have been an easy task installing my awning turned out not to be.

Brackets that came with the awning are too narrow for the Yakima OverhaulHD cross bars. Had to run to the hardware store and pick up some stainless steel carriage bolts to slide in to the T slot and mount them that way.

I think the Zero in 23Zero stand for Zero instructions. Not sure if I mounted the brackets right but it didn’t fall off at 80mph so I’d say it’s solid. We will see if it withstands this hurricane. That will be the true test lol

Just need to make a roadshower bracket for the awning bracket so I can slide my road shower over. Not a fan of the gap or current “stance”. The carriage bolts on top are preventing me from sliding the tank and rack over.

Also, raising the overhaul Hd rack requires loosening and tightening 24 bolts which is a pain.

Overall, I am happy with how it turned out though! Will be happier once I get rid of the gaps.

He needs a wash too, I know. He’ll get one after the storm.

Install went pretty smooth, those long bolts going through the top of the control arms were a little annoying because they have to come out through the engine compartment but other than that it was pretty straight forward. I put the bolts back on so that the bolt would come out towards the body instead of towards the engine which seemed to make more sense, pro tip from @DannyBFresco.

Look real good once they're in there tho, so much more beef than the stock UCA's

Are you saying that you re-installed the long bolt from back pointing towards the front? Sort of angled up when its all said and done?
Your SPC UCAs look a lot different than mine....
