Nope haven't had any vibe issues from the needle bearing. Mines still relatively low mileage though

 

I never noticed vibes from the needle bearing

 

Supposedly if you get a front end vibe that goes away in 4hi it's the needle bearing

Like I'd even have noticed that over all the other drive line vibes and rattles

 

Plus with manual hubs my CVs weren't usually spinning

Think that's probably why its mostly a 3rd gen subject lol

 

To your point after some TLC on this truck I should be good to wheel without having to do the same kind of major repairs that I keep having to do on the Tacoma...

So I can focus on cutting that up instead. 85 hp in a mini truck isn't gonna break too many parts
