A little while back my dad sold his s runner to my brother and watching him abuse that truck is killing me!

He’s the one who thinks he can drive manual but really can’t. He’s done wrecked 2 cars this year hopefully nothing happens to the taco

Eh, A&B is used more in certain areas of the country than others. Here in NC, its almost all you see, along with Siemens. I dont think its a .gov thing at all. Its good stuff thats easy to troubleshoot cause you cant throw a rock without hitting a tech that knows/specializes in Rockwell (Me).

Id rather open a panel and see all A&B than Telemecanique stuff and Eurotherm/Sew drives. Its like working on a dang Citroen Car. One of our plants is mostly French machines, us maintenance guys dread getting a call from them haha.

Edit: My degree is in Mechatronics, and like you said the school sets you up to be a service tech or plant maintenance. Which a few years in either position could let you end up in an entry level engineering position, which is my plan.

It probably had more stuff. Also you have to take into account how many wires and what size it had in it

Idk why ppl get so heated over batteries on here. Just buy a MT and use whatever batteries decent and cheap. Anytime it dies u can pop the clutch to start it, right? Lol
