As for the uptravel debate, I have this many uptravels on the front of my truck:

It kind of sucks. I ended up putting in air bumps (awesome and worth the $$$) but they are not fun bouncing off them all the time on the street. It would get annoying having this much uptravel out back on a truck loaded down on the trail with rubber bumps. I would figure out a way to get more uptravel out of it unless this is a straight up low speed crawler, which mine is that I have to drive to the trail. An all around rig I would want more uptravel in there because being in the bumps all the time and having to drive at walking speed all the time on the trail would get kind of old.

Out back I have around 4" of uptravel and rubber bumps with all pro expo springs with a leaf pulled out on the pax side and it rides good loaded down with my spare and tools for trail duty, but rides like a dump truck with nothing in the bed going to home depot or something.

 

And good call on not cutting into the bed. I did that with ford shock towers and it's annoying if you ever have to carry anything back there. If I had to do it all over again I would have redone the rear shock mounts, leaned it back further or something to avoid punching into the bed.

 

I’m pretty set on my rear suspension plans. I’m thinking the TC relocation kit with some 10” ADS with resi’s and clickers.

I understand what you're saying. But I do have to point out that while you are irritated at the perceived notion of "my way or you're a nobody" you are also coming off as someone who subscribes to "wheel hard or GTFO with any mods."

Did OP check to see if he had headers on the other side too? That we we can confirm it’s actually a blown v8. Must be like 2000hp judging from the caltracs.

 

I'm gonna change the subject entirely since we are all professionals on shocks/batteries/washer bottles now. Maybe sharing knowledge is too challenging for the modern breed of online human. But we can give it one more shot, this time with no assertiveness since that just wrinkles everyone's panties.

Anyone with a 5VZ tired of the oil filter location but hesitant to run extra hoses? I've measured, but just pulled the trigger, waiting for shipping now. But I think this will make it a lot easier and out it where it can be reached right in front.

 

My 95 Tacoma and 01 4runner use 2 different front sensors

 

All that or does is move the oil filter location 90 degrees pretty much?

I may pick one of those up

It’s time to replace the lower spherical bearings on my Kings, has anybody got part numbers for the bearings and misalignment spacers?

Yup, it's pretty much the lowest profile 90° adapter I could dig up that doesn't require removing the oil feed stud

 

My finger is 32" long....

In all seriousness I think it comes out to 1.5" until it hits the pan.

 

COM10T is the bearing part number. I don't know the part number for the misalignment spacers. @TMFF Do you know what they are off hand?

 

Toyota engineers didnt design the motor for that, you will grenade the motor, unless you use mobil 1 full synthetic and a k&n air filter.
