    need some help
    here is the issue-
major shudder with moderate to hard braking (most noticable when braking at 50-70mph)
& if Im going down hill, its really nuts....I have pulsate the brakes to limit the shudder
& even more weird is some times it does it, sometime not
but lately its seems like the problem is getting worse & more persistent

note- Ive changed the front pads & rotors (TWICE!)....so its not warped rotors

any idea's or suggestions on things to check in the front end/steering sytem?
    I have nearly 374k miles on my taco & its a 2013 4x4

    thanks yall!

Is the shudder in the steering wheel, pedal, or the whole truck?

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    Don’t hard brake at 70mph

Check your inner and outer tie rods. Check your steering rack for play. These can cause this condition.........

With 374k on the truck, I’d inspect all the suspension components.

    Will do

    If this is the issue
Is it best to replace the inner & outer rods
Or just replace the whole steering rack?

Most high mileage tacomas need racks, they leak into the boot and usually have play on the inner tie rods.

It's not an easy DIY job.

I would check all before replacing it.

    Was not steering or suspension

Driver side issue, super tight/unlubed caliper pin (top pin only)

Passenger side issue- sticky caliper or cockeyed wheel bearing...figuring that out tomorrow
