I thought about the idea of the LS swap, I would use Holly and not have to deal with that.

Tom's turbo garage covers it pretty well.

I like he idea because all I really want is at most 300 hp, reliability, cheap parts, and ease of maintenance... Limited room would suck but something like a head gasket is monumentally easier on a pushrod engine

Being heavy is one thing; I would think 880lbs is the additional weight carried over stock?

    No. That'd be too much.

I guess 880 would be the rate at which the spring would need to be compressed an inch.

Yep.. I'm being coached by Ozark Overland Outfitters. Not really doing anything original. I spent a couple of hours on the phone about it.

They have a number of these setups running on 100 series. Most likely will add another 24-gallon aux fuel tank at some point.

Thanks Bro. Once I get the drawer unit installed and an air mattress, I'll camp in the back of it. This will make a 6.5" long bed. Not worry about pitching a tent. Maybe get something like an awning and Thule box for the top.

    YESSSSSSS!

That's another reason why I ditched the Tacoma+camper shell altogether; I'll sleep in the back of the 4R.

Are you going to build your own platform in the rear or go with a drop-in install?

They have some real nice setups for sure.
