The lady and I drove up Raven's Roost Trail today.
We didn't take any pictures for the challenging parts, but it was a great time!
Near the top there are a couple of steeps with loose rocks and some boulders to navigate around. Trail is not a one way but there are limited places to pull off and one might have to back up/down for quite a ways.
    Lockers would have been helpful.
2012 Tacoma Sport. BP-51 (about 2.5" lift and no sway bar), Cooper St Maxx 285/65-16 (aired down to 15psi - 12psi next time). Full skid plates.
I highly recommend this trail but not for green horns!

Not sure I'd go that far but it was definitely had some sections that were beyond what I had done to date. A fairly stock JKU, with no lockers, made it up after me. He stated he made a little rock contact to the belly on the way up.

Sorry it took me so long, here's the way I have the swc wired up on my joying unit. The female plug I've spliced into may be from my old pax-swc magic box, that I cannibalized. Brown - key1 from the stereo is hooked to the white wire on the truck or pin 14, pink - key- 2 from the stereo is hooked to the truck switched ground white with black tracer pin 13, and the black wire pin 15, from the same plug as k1&k2, but the truck side gets grounded, I ran it in with the headunit ground to minimize random grounds throughout the dash. I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter which wire on the truck the key1 and key2 wire hook to, as long as you ground that black wire the headunit will detect a button press and associate it with the correct function since you're telling it which button function you sent it.

Don't quote me on the doesn't matter part, I could be wrong, but it makes sense to me:notsure:.

I spent half a year in Augusta in the summer. Never again.

I dunno about Iraq, I was up in a plateau near Najaf and the heat index regularly got up to 150 because of the wind. It was like having a hair dryer on high heat in your face all the time.

the worst i had it in iraq was down in Basra. especially at night. it was about 100x more humid and the temp didnt really drop that much. during the day was fine. not humid and just windy. like you said, hair dryer in teh face but it wasnt near as humid as it was at night.
