And then buy again! They are a debt free company. $2.44 annual dividend, so it is kind of a low yield, but I think their books are solid. I am at $71.98/share, so I am in a good position. I hope it drops to around there so I can buy more. I am a big fan of the company and want to invest more when it gets to my buy range... which probably means everyone should stay away from it. :homer::anonymous:

and it works  Set a trailing stop loss at .05 for half my shares. It got triggered and they sold at .5280. Of course, it's now gone up to .56 Still profiting with the remaining half. Set a .1 trail for those.

It looks like they waited for their stock to take a hit before releasing a statement saying their systems will be restored in the next few days. Damage control? Looks like it won't be going on sale... :pout:

Came across an interesting stock to keep an eye on (Zuora - $ZUO). The company isn't profitable yet, but it looks like it has a bright future. It went public April 2018 and its shares went from $37/share at IPO peak to $15.56 that year (typical IPO drop). It's been up and down and is sitting at $11.63/share, up from $6-something at the crash in March. Prior to that it was steady in the $15/share range. They keep beating EPS estimates, but should be profitable in a year or two at this rate. They may be a good buy if you are into holding something long. I would imagine once they are profitable, they could be back at an all time high, which would be close to 3x gains. Do some DD to look at the positives an negatives (some insiders sold recently, but investment firms look like they are putting money in, new members on the Board, some big name customers, etc).

No divies, bit I think I am going to buy and see what happens in a few years and try and pull some capital gains.

wow, looks like OCGN fell back to earth while I was at lunch....
3 cheers for trailing stop losses! Cleared $632.24 on that today.
I was wondering if the second stop loss would count as a second day trade. Looks like it didn't.

EDIT: guess it didn't fall back as far as I initially thought but still... trailing stop loss locked in my donuts :D

I picked up T and FRT against my better judgement to hold cash.

And I chased ZUO, but it kept going up so I got nada. :frusty: Maybe I can get it at a discount Friday if it follows the trend of opening the week high and closing low.

It’s a good price on T. Good on FRT also, I’m just getting a little concerned with them. Longer this drags on is exponentially worse news for that kind of holding.

FRT is a top REIT, one of the few with an A credit rating. If they have to leverage that, they can. They also have high traffic/popular properties. I think they will be able to maintain until things go back to "normal". They and O are my only REITs, but I keep thinking about getting in on WPC. I do believe many different REITs have big upsides. AMT is too rich for my blood, otherwise I would be in on that. It's the mall REITs that I feel won't survive.

T? I am nervous about because of their debt (although they are getting great interest rates now) and a lot of people complain about their management. But they are also referred to a bond because they don't have a lot of growth and their stock hasn't seen $40/share in 3 years, but they keep paying out. It seems like you either love T or you hate it... and I haven't been in the game long enough to see where I stand. I am rolling the dice hoping I can get some good DRIP with them.

I agree, I’ve added a good bit to FRT already. I bought WPC recently because I’ve seen they’ve been far more successful at collecting rent throughout the pandemic. But we will see, if this doesn’t get under control soon there won’t be much good news of any kind.
