I'm pretty sure you can send an invoice with square and the person can pay with cc, it's 3.5%

2.9% + $0.30 so pretty much the same as PayPal.

I sent PayPal a message and got the typical form letter non-response back about how it is being done for "security". I ended up calling and the issue has been escalated internally. We will see what happens.

Anyone have pics of where they positioned everything out of the way and securely? Install was fairly easy and no issues but curious where yall mounted wiring. Still waiting on switch from ch4x4...

Sorry. I don't have any pics, but I did rearrange the harnesses a few times to be sure that nothing would chaf down the road, be bent too tightly, or be strained. Just take your time, and rearrange until you are happy. The install is extremely easy, so there is no big issue there.

FTR, mine isn't as tidy either but haven't had any trouble, it's pretty cushioned in the passenger kick.
I think I zipped around the relay body itself, inside the clamp holding it on, will check it out next time I'm there. My relay is a bit higher and further back than OP's, near where my camera lead feeds through the grommet to the engine.
Also, most of the good links are in the first post (55 pages is a lot of unrelated stuff).
Last, if you got a kit before I gave OP the visor cards, link for ordering one is here.

Got any pics? Maybe next time you're down there.. yea op made sure i had a card. Daggum ch4x4 is what's taking so long to see if it works, I'm sure it will. Should be here today or tomorrow just annoying since they're 6hrs away and been a week since ordered.

This was my install but it looks suspiciously like other installs (OP and various others have much better photos)

One extra photo I didn't have in that post:

No worries. It will clear eventually, it's just annoying. Still shipping all orders regardless. I had an order today/yesterday that wasn't held so I have NFC what they are doing. Yours also came through with no hold so.... :notsure:

I think those people are paying with the “e-check” option, it’s where they really don’t have their bank account setup properly or verified, and don’t have a credit card to pay with either.

I had someone send me payment that way once and it took almost 2 weeks for it to clear. Luckily I know the guy so I didn’t sweat it.

That may be, but I can't see it on my end. I don't think that's a thing with Paypal anymore. With GooglePay it most certainly is, and I wait for payments to be cleared. The email I got from Paypal said that it was held up on my end, specifically. I don't think it had anything to do with customer payments.

Maybe a influx of orders and they are doing a audit to verify?
I’ve had weird issues with PayPal myself even with a full blown merchant account. hate to use them anymore. But Alas they have a reputation monopoly.
my partner and I did use square for a bit. But the fees can be High when “no card present”

IDK what a full blown merchant account is, but I do have a business account set up. I have never had this issue before. I'm curious what the response from the escalated support ticket will be. I pretty much only use Paypal for purchases, and these harnesses. I swore off Ebay selling for good. I was literally forced to accept a return on some used enterprise access points that were advertised and pictured as IAP-215 (Aruba Instant), and the buyer filed a SNAD claim that they were "Instant" and he needed them not to be. Literally admitting that they filed a fraudulent SNAD claim and Ebay and Paypal still sided with them. Therefore, I am done with Ebay. It's not worth the effort.

That is the only thing I can think of that would have triggered this. Which is bullshit

They're probably pulling some bullshit to get you to sign up for a merchant account so they can charge you more.

Finally got switch in from ch4x4, had issues with usps, delivered to wrong building on base.... I'll test her out tonight while fishing.
