Yeah, I remember the EPA sticker from my 1990 Toyota truck got 16 and 19 MPG with the speed manual with the 3 liter 150 hp V6. I averaged 19 MPG

    Minor stuff.
Picked up my new kayak today. Got an Old Town Sportsman 120. Those quick fist held the paddle really well. Ordered my saddles to put up on my rack to transport it. Looking forward to Saturday to take her out.

Had a similar problem in my driveway, some Robins were using my truck as their own personal crap-house. Went to Lowes and bought a $9.00 plastic owl scarecrow then found a nice discreet place to set it where the owl was looking over our vehicles.

Worked great! Got rid of them the day it went up and they haven't been back.

Think that's loud? I installed a Whelen 200 watt emergency vehicle electronic air horn on mine. Moves 'em like a fire truck would. And it's legal. Bas*ards don't know whether to shit their pants or go blind.

Installed the OEM power tailgate lock.
Chose this over the pop n lock because of the quality of detail.

    - actuator looks a little more solid
    - replacement plugs and grommets included
    - plug and play wiring (no splicing)
    - nice loom for wiring, including heat resistant covering on sections than run by the exhaust.
    - a ton of included zipties, several metal ones for the section by the exhaust.
    - not sure about the sound part, but it's very quiet -- I know people have complained about the pop n lock being loud.

For $30 more and to be OEM, this was an obvious choice for me.

The one I posted is for the double cab short bed or access cab long bed.

I think the part number for a double cab long bed is:
    PK3B634JL0

That's a horrible idea. What time?
perhaps you should get more informed about the politics of California, and the politicians. There is a reason most every other state calls it that.

@jmauvais I've never heard that expression either. It must be a right-wing term.

I come to this thread to get away from all of the political crap I have to watch every day as part of my job. You guys should start you own thread about politics. It doesn't belong here.

Bed rack repainted (bed liner rattle can) and installed with the bat wing awning last week, RTT on yesterday, all "new to me" from TW folks. Washed her up today and got the requisit mall crawler shot.

Installed Low-Range off road 1.25" tapered blocks at the rear and New JBA offroad UCA's. The ride is so much better than it was before. It does help that I took the overload spring off since I already had the Headstrong OR 3-AAL. My steering with the new UCA's makes this truck a whole different truck now that I just love to drive that much betterIMG_3921.jpg IMG_3829.jpg
