I always said that but then once I get 2 cocktails or craft beers in I just say fuck it and the wheels fall off!

I have a hard time with people saying how bad weed is for you/society or that it should be illegal. Alcohol has done so much more damage to society than weed ever will. But I won't get too deep into that here lest I want a ban...

Virginia just decriminalized less than an ounce (it's a $25 civil fine and doe snot go on your criminal record) but I am sure that medical and recreational are soon to follow.

Massachusetts followed a similar path. Under an ounce law passed in 2008, medical in 2012. Recreational as of late 2016.

I've never been against it..always felt it should be the same as alcohol, regulated legalized and taxed plus the benefit of law enforcement being able to focus time on more hardcore drugs or worse violations of the law.

I have friends that have lived in Colorado (another state early to legalize) for a long time, and the tax revenue is building schools and helping the homeless amongst other great things.

I do see an argument of driving stoned not being good, but again making it like alcohol means you have a way to test for levels etc if someone is believed to be under the influence. If I remember right, a similar thing to the Breathalyzer for it is being worked on now with some of the tax money

Yup. At the absolute very least, it shouldn’t be in the same drug category as meth, blow, what have you. But won’t get into that past that statement on here lol. I know plenty of people who are huge stoners and very successful in what they do. At some point in time it’ll go legal. The biggest hold up I think is there’s no way to test on the spot like @ABA180 said. Once something like that is out and legit I think it’s game on. I’m just glad it’s legal in California now fully (or as fully as it can technically be)

Definitely shouldn't be and I think there are few who would argue that one unless it is their profession. I was a pretty damn good drinker for the most part except making a stupid decision repeatedly that eventually caught up to me, fortunately for the most part it wasn't what it could have been easily.

IDK if blood testing can determine the amount of impairment, but even if so it's always going to be arguable in court that too much time passed for the test to be valid (which can be argued if the test is over or under the limit). It's a similar reason that Breathalyzers are used by police..while one can get a blood test, it's only doable after one is released from custody and it gets back to the problem of the test not being done quickly enough to be undisputable.

    What an odd morning...

I drank way too much this weekend. Was tossing and turning all night.
Dragged my butt out of bed for a 4 miler.

My husband was viciously attacked by a frog as soon as we started. Then some random dog I’ve never seen started following us. He got too tired to continue on after a mile and a half. Luckily a cop came by to hold him for animal control.

Then on a section of the path that loops around a pond a weird bird was jogging next to us for like a quarter mile...

I think they could smell the Angel’s and Jack detoxing out in our sweat and they thought we were gonna host a party they were all invited to.

Despite yesterdays drinking and bizzarre animals it was quite a nice run.

I hate people who can be fat and not have love handles. I wish my gut went out instead of to the side.

    Lucky fuckers lol

I’ll forever be curious to how you look. For as healthy as you eat and much as you run, you have to be lean AF.
