I think Brian has been purchasing the Noico stuff. At least that's what I've been buying. I really don't see a lick of difference in their stuff and the over-priced other brand. The butyl sheets still slice up your hands just as well as Dynamat does. And the foam squares are nice, too.

I think as soon as I get some other items caught up and taken care of I'm going to tackle this. It's only because my home-made paint booth, Tyvek suit and respirator just weren't hot enough for me this weekend.

 

And furthermore: I wandered into the rear fog light debate. Big mistake.

 

I said what I said and bounced out. I feel like a lot of people commenting don’t know what they are or have never seen one in action.

You wont pass VA inspection with rear fog light. I rest my case.

Its been really hard not to just start throwing stuff on the new truck my new commute is about double what I was doing so staying stock for awhile. The 2020 gets around 26 mpg on 55 mph roads.

It did my floor , doors and back wall with the noico stuff. Its actually way easier to work with than dynamate was back when it first came out.

My rear bumper lights are one of the few things they haven't messed with me on. I have them on a switch so they don't come on in reverse.

Shit...and here I decided to turn on my fogs only to discover the passenger fog isn't working post suspension install...

Anyone got any quick pointers for me to troubleshoot or start looking for wire harness connections?

 

It's late, but off the top of my head I don't think there's any way you could have snagged anything. Pretty sure the wiring runs in front of the radiator for the fog lights. And I doubt they're on separate fuses.

Think maybe it could have been home out after the bumper install? That seems much more likely.

 

Well, look who it is..

 

Perhaps, I'll have to borrow a meter and start testing and checking wire connections and ground (though imagine they're running off similar or same ground. I have until 5/2021 technicallybefore it becomes an issue a la Inspection passing.
