That’s the thing holding me back from the bag, it looks MASSIVE. It’s storage capacity is more than both the saddle bags, combined. I like that I can have a set of tools though without taking up any bag space inside. I don’t plan on keeping either on the bike full time though. It’ll only be for beer/small grocery runs, or if I’m going on a couple hour ride and want to bring some drinks or a place to ditch my jacket if it gets too hot. Regular backpack is just a bit too small for me. If I take my jacket off, the backpack is now unusable

I just looked them up. They’re actually right by a brewery I frequent quite often. They’re in Orange which isn’t really a “ghetto” type area with that type of crowd. But ya never know.

it’s a shame certain groups get associated with images. I saw their warbird air filter cover and the bird looks pretty cool. Stupid people ruining cool things.

I did a street fighter conversion to Daytona 675. It was a fun build. I would’ve done the singular round headlight eventually but I sold the bike.

I’ve never heard of them. But a quick search pulls up some association with an unnamed 1% club. This is now third party info on the internet so take it with a grain of salt. Being in Orange (previously Fullerton), that’d be HA territory and they have been know to wear racist tattoos but that’s a reach since I know a few Hispanic guys that are associated with them to some extent.

Hard to tell these days though. The HD bike culture is imbedded with Nazi symbolism. I personally know a guy that had an SS derby cover that he found at a swap meet because he thought it was funny. He rides with black and brown guys and I don’t know him to be racist but if you met him you’d get his sense of humor (He’s nuts). Back when I was doing logo design I did one for a shop that was a modified warbird but instead of an eagle it was a vulture. The logo definitely evoked nazi symbolism but the owner was half Hispanic and half white and had me doing the work for him and half the guys in the shop were brown.

I say trust your gut. Chances are we deal with racist people everyday and we don’t know it. Just because they aren’t chanting or flying colors doesn’t mean someone isn’t racist. For a one time purchase I’d say go for it but if their association is questionable I’d shop elsewhere. I like buying local when I can anyway.

What are you looking for specifically? Maybe I can help find it elsewhere.

That's shit is hideous. Lol. @cynicalrider my fairings are shot. Well the left side is. I went down on it last September. I have ideas. And it wouldnt be the first time i ran the bike naked. The things this bike has seen in 16 year. But I'm always on limbo with my ideas anyways.

I like that bike looks good. The plan years ago was to buy a Ducati 848 streetfighter but well you know shit happens.
My next bike will most likely be a triumph tiger or something similar too it.

Then I say go for it. Most of the crew I ran with built custom street fighters and I loved their work. But I also know it takes a bunch of work to make it look clean, especially minimizing the front end.

Not a Suzuki fan (besides SV650) but I freaking love the looks of the GSX-S750.

That's the hardest part is trying find a place to hide all the electronics that sit behind the mid cowling on the left side. If I can figure that part out I should be good. There's a company that makes a cnc upper triple tree with fat bar mounts. Its like 300$ and they also make a bottom fairing. To tie everything together.

You mean stupid people like the Nazis ruined the warbird, or people being offended by it?

The other issue is I don't want to get my bike fucked with for having something like that on there. Same reason I did not buy the "Make Sportsters Great Again" derby cover a year or so back.

Well, sure, I just try to avoid the overtly and openly racist ones.

Thanks guys. I think I am ok with buying from them. I will just have to avoid anything with the warbird.
