With the Performance front springs, mine is set to approx 32 threads visible below the two threaded collars.

Bubba told me that it should be 9 1/64", did that and got a 3.25" lift in the front, B coils, no added weight. Too harsh for my taste, going to drop it 1/2" to achieve 2-2.25" front lift

Keep it coming guys... I might start a new thread that collects all this data so we know how much lift we get based on springs and load for both front and rear

That might not be a bad idea. Once for pics and info. Here is their flyer for OEM height setting.

How to convert millimeters to inches
1 millimeter is equal to 0.03937007874 inches:

    1mm = (1/25.4)″ = 0.03937007874″

When I got that they said base it on the Hilux, but that may be obvious.
Ordered the FCP stage 1 with unbuilt coils this morning! I’ll build them myself and plan on setting them at 260mm drivers side and 255 mm for the passenger side. Should give me about 2” of lift upfront and account for the taco lean.

I sure will. We’ll see how long it takes to ship out. Maybe same day since they don’t need to build the coils...

That’s an impressive looking spreadsheet. I’ll add mine when the time comes. I’ll try and remember to measure before I start.

Emailed Ironman again about my replacement coilovers. Radio silence for a while now. May just order a set of Elka 2.5 from Headstrong and chalk this up to a failed experiment. Don’t think that the springs grinding into the shock body is confidence inspiring.

That sucks to hear. Maybe you’ll hear something sooner. It’s a shame that would happen. I’m surprised they are not on here. I saw that the Aussie side had a rep but they’ve not posted in years.
Have you tried getting to them through Facebook? Maybe they would respond there.
I’ve seen many kits, not only Ironman, have been in low supply lately but I’m sure they’ve gotten stuff since you had issues. I ordered the stage 1 Sunday. We’ll see how long it takes to ship out, it says in stock on the site...

Depending on which coils you are waiting for... they are out.
I ordered my kit last week and was told they had everything but the coils that were about 3 weeks out.
Not sticking up for them just passing the info along... also have you tried calling vs emailing?

Oh there will be some mods all right
If you are able, do the live chat during business hours, you might have a better result. That being said, it does seem that getting your product and information from them is harder than many other companies. I will say this, now that I finally got the front installed (doing rear at a later date) it rides like stock under regular city driving but feels great in the woods on the rough stuff.

Which ones did you end up ordering? I ordered the performance and the site says they are in stock.

I was told on June 30 that my parts were in and that they’d assemble the coilovers by the end of the week. It’s been another month now.
This was after having to reach out that I hadn’t heard back after the initial estimate of 3 wks back at the end of May had passed.
I get that people are busy but if the parts are in...
I had also ordered an awning a while back with an ETA of may31. Then they changed it to mid June. When that date passed, they changed it to end of July. When I tried cancelling the order, they shipped it out the next day.

Sorry to hear you’re getting jerked around by them. Try calling — they pick up immediately and it seems to work better than email. They’re about a week behind on email right now.
