    Ordered some Husky Liners for my wife's automobile. Said they sent the info to FedEx 7/02. I have not received them and Fedex says they are waiting on the seller. AA said they would call me back in a couple of days with info and it has been a week. Call wait time are ridiculous. Anyone else have problems with these guys?

    I've had an issue with a different auto parts supplier this week that cancelled my order without supplying a reason. Stuff I needed for a trip. I have moved to using a credit card for everything so I can charge back instead of fighting bad online vendors.

    I had an issue with autoanything a long time ago. Wanted a carpet dash mat for my corolla. The customer service assured me the model I selected was for my vehicle. When it arrived, there was no cutout for the passenger airbag. They charged ME to return it because it was my fault for choosing the wrong model....which was the ONLY model for my car year and they all have passenger air bags. So wtf.

    Call your CC company, and order from reputable vendor.

    I ordered a complete aftermarket exhaust system and brake rotors for my tundra from them. Didn't have any issues...received the rotors in a couple days...they had to ship the exhaust system by freight which took a little longer.

    Negative, I don’t work there anymore.

    @Assumer
    If I were still there I’d try to help!
    Chances are Husky set the box for pickup - FedEx picked it up but between the pickup and scan in at the facility it was lost. Hence why there’s tracking but no scan and everyone is pointing fingers.

    I’m bummed to hear call wait times are still so long. When I left there was about 25 reps dedicated to phones and they were working to hire more.
    If you call or chat, ask them to put a trace on the package or suggest that it may have been lost after pickup from Husky.
    Sorry to hear you’re having issues, but more often than not orders go issue free. Trouble is AA is basically the “middle man” as parts never cross the desks at the office. It goes straight from the manufacturer to you.
    Good luck!

    Well, finally was able to speak to them. Husky doesn't even have them in stock. I don't know why they sent a tracking order to FedEx and said they were shipped when there is no product. Just cancelled the order.

    Oh well that’s no good. Idk why vendors do that.

    For what it’s worth, make sure wherever you order them from physically has them in stock. Most online retailers “have them in stock” aka: order from Husky direct. So you’d end up in the same boat, just hopefully with an actual ETA and not a faux tracking number.

    Yup. Ordered rear bumper caps for my Tundra. Sent an email saying they were shipped with tracking, delivery day passes.. nothing. Waited forever to talk to a human and then get told the parts are actually backordered for another month and a half.. wtf? Canceled it.
