That's what I've been forgetting to add to the workbench/mod items...especially if I continue to have rear trailer marker lights popping off every 6 months.

Yeah, both sides are showing like that...time to bust out the snips, marine grade connectors, and/or solder and heat shrink.

Did you test for power at the plug? And/or at the bulb? Simplest solutions first. Then break stuff.

Got no multimeter at work...not Overly worried...just gonna get it plugged in correctly again and test when I'm home via oem fog, and address some exposed wire as Rob pointed out.

i seem to automatically think I broke something (truck part, wiring, bank account) these days! Off to the 2nd alignment, then tire rotation and balance...then back to the wood moving ahead of the rain that seems to be coming my way for the next 10 days @60% chance

No multi-meter? No problem. Use your a metal fork and touch the wires! Instant results!

Trust me...I know and prefer gold ring or chain/bracelet...far superior conductor!! It pays to have electrician friends of 28+ years!!!

P.S. I went to figure out the directions to the Firestone for my 2pm appointment and realized it was physically onFt. Eustis...damn Amanda didn't specify that, nor that CV has eliminated guest access to the Base!!
Would've been nice to clarify I had access to the base when booking an appointment!

Got one closer to home tomorrow...

When I was a kid, we went to firestone to get some new tires and my dog died while we were gone. :(

I mean, that was 21 years ago, so I'm over it. But if I can find a reason to ding Firestone, I will.

Well it was the closest and only shop open...so paid for a lifetime alignment considering I knew they wouldn't get it dialed in, at least when I wasn't there...
Balch Alignment is still on my call list, and since I did the install on the weekend they weren't open, as they're a M-F 8-5 operation.

I got a new appointment with the master mechanic tomorrow at 2:30

Assuming my dog doesn't die, and they don't get the alignment dialed in... @TaKoToy I'll likely head out of work early and go drop it off at Balch Thursday.

If you have one at home, buy two of these and keep one in the truck and one at work.
Paperclips work too. Remember, electricity is only dangerous until you let all the smoke out.

Firestone is cheap but just make sure you talk to them about setting the specs you want. When I inquired they told me they would only use OEM specs. I went with another place, a custom shop and they even pushed back but did it anyway. I pissed them off so they took like 4 or 5 hours to do it. Next time I am going to drive all the way down to the shop Randejo uses, well, used.
