    has anyone experience check engine light with jerk motion brand new 2020 4x4 6 cylinder

    2 days old from dealer just got it towed :(

    yes I checked the gas cap that was loose but would that cause jerk motion?

    no i did not pull the code i figure they will at the dealer

    Trail gear front and rear bumper, RTT, hitch grill, 12k lb winch, drilled and slotted front brakes
    3rd gens are known for transmission problems. Just take it back and get it looked at. Im positive it just needs a reprogram (everything is electronic)

    Heat wouldn't have anything to do with it. 112° is nothing for a vehicle. More than likely it's something simple. And even if it's not....it will be repaired at no cost to you. If machines were perfect they wouldn't need warranties

    Heat kills batteries in AZ fast.

    well, I was checking to see if there was a known issue - but yes it should all be covered under warranty.
