Back in June I ordered a kit from an online retailer for my '17 TRDOR 6MT (which is my DD, does occasional light towing, and some weekend warrior-landing):

Bilstein 6112's, 5160's, and OME Dakar HD springs. However only half of the kit ever showed up due to shipping issues, and issues with the supply chain.

The retailer doesn't have a hard date projected for when the 5160's, and 1 leaf spring pack will be in stock (best estimate is end of August). They're offering to swap what i've received w/the the Icon Stage 2 suspension & Icon RXT springs.
I know IVD is a great brand, but this is also the low end of their spectrum.

    So do I:
Wait out the supply chain to get what I ordered? Or go with the IVD option?

Would particularly like to hear from anyone who has run both, or is/was running either setup.

If your original order is exactly what you want, I think you should wait for it

I ended up waiting it out, and received the kit last Friday. Just shy of 2 months since I placed my order.

Obviously we're all experiencing the pains of the pandemic, including the supply chain slowing down. From what I can tell there are many retailers selling items from their catalog, that they can get quickly under normal circumstances, but right now are in short order. That's about as fair a review as I could offer...
