Hi All, I am new to this site and a new Toyota owner. I just bought a 2010 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Double Cab with the TRD Off Road Package.</SPAN>

I am not a major off-roader but I do take some tricky trials to go camping and hunting. I love my truck and the ground clearance it has, but I would like just a little more ground clearance. I already have the full underbody protection.

I was looking at getting the 3" REVTEK LIFT KIT through the dealership for $1000. I was wondering what my truck would look like with the stock 265/70/16 tires?

If anyone has any pics that would be great! Its a brand new truck so I don't want to buy new tires yet.

Any pics would be great so I can compare before I buy.

Also will the three inch lift affect the way my truck drives, breaks or handles in anyway?

If you have to ask this question, you need to do quite a bit more research.

To answer you question about a 3" lift and stock tires looking small. YES. I have the OME 886 springs and Dakar leaf's and stock tires in my opinion the tires look small. I couldn't take that big of a hit in the savings to get new tires at the same time. I am almost there though! If you PM me your cell # I can nap a cell pic?

I have a 3 Inch lift on my 2010 tacoma and I love it, great ground clearance and a nice ride. The set of XD series rims I put on this truck make it looks amazing. It is a great idea to lift your truck and invest in a nice pair of rims
