    Well finally heard back from my mechanic and my guess is he doesn’t want to mess with replacing my weld on diff. Cover since he started with a 900 bucks just to start and said it would probably be more once he gets into it .. Time to start the process of looking at other shops in the area

    Well the real issue is pulling the 3rd member out and that would be a hell of a lot easier on a lift then laying on the ground ..I would see if Joe at Mobtown could do it since he has done his but not easy to get vehicle there and he’s busy .

    Well it is you have to cut old one off and grind which is why you take the 3rd out to keep everything debris free . It’s not armor technically but once it’s on I really won’t need armor since it 3/16 or 1/4 in. thick can’t remember right now
