Anyone have reports after 20-30K on these? How’s the road noise?

These just came out a few months ago, I think it'll be alittle longer until we get some higher mileage reports.

I can give you a 200 mile review, slightly louder than the AT2s. But according to the tire rep, they quiet down after the first 500 miles. TBD on that.

Ha! Just noticed that. At this point Feb feels like it was years ago! Just looking for something to replace my Cooper ATPs.

I have about 7K Miles on them. I'm still happy with them, and have no intention of replacing them early. I'll report back if that changes.

There's definitely some road noise. It hasn't been bothering me, but I hear it.

That might explain why I don't notice them as much as I did at first. :D

Just got mine, road noise and ride is significantly better then the Cooper AT3's. If they are anything like the AT2's they should last a long time. Can't wait to hit the dirt

Have you had a chance to test these in the rain yet?
The only complaint I had with my AT2's (on my previous 2nd Gen) was how poorly they did on wet pavement.

My 255s feel great in the rain. But I never had a problem with my 255 AT2s either.

Mine did fine in the sand, mud, snow, and dry pavement, but they didn't like the rain. (265/70/17 SL)

Toyo says that improved wet traction was part of the goal with these. So far, I've been happy with them. We've had some heavy rain here lately, too.

Yep, I had read that too, but stalking this thread to get real world user input.
Realistically the majority of my time is on road so I'm looking for that unicorn tire that can do it all, weigh nothing, and be super quiet.
I'm currently leaning towards these as the weight and cost of these is not bad for a multipurpose tire...much the same reason I went with the AT2's last time.

I'm all about lightweight, that's why I was running the AT2s in 255, they were 51 lbs each. And they never failed me offroad, but that was partly due to ATRAC and rear locker. I don't go hard though. But for an extra 2# per corner, these look way better. Have not had them offroad yet, but have high hopes. I did pick up 4 nails in the 30k I had the AT2s, 3 of them in the first three months. Maybe just a coincidence but I have not had that happen with any other E Rated tire.

Your rig looks really good with the 255's.
I have black 4Runner wheels sitting in my garage now and am trying to decide whether to go with 255s or 265s. I just wish they made a 275/70/17 for the AT3s.

I plan on going Saturday to the beach. I'll take them down to 20psi and report back.
