    Direct TV keep doing this to my parents who changed after being a 10 year customer. They switch to Comcast and got more TV problems and better internet( had AT&T before)


    They pretty much never had problems with the TV when they had direct. It did go out some in storms but that was about all.

    AT&T internet sucks donkey balls! Also if you call and say something they always say it’s your computer or phone. But within a day or 2 the speed has gone up by double for 4 to 6 weeks before it slows back down.


    Comcast internet is really good! Fast and doesn’t really go out at all.( like two or three days in just over 2 years)

    Comcast TV goes out all the fucking time for no reason! Sometimes you can turn it off to go to sleep, but in the morning none of the TV’s work and won’t work all day.
