    Yea I’m probably a couple years out on a shop. I’m planning on turning the garage into a 4th bedroom for our house then I’ll spend the money on a nice shop over on the side of the house. It’s miserable doing anything in the garage now because it’s so hot

    Yea my pockets aint that deep right now.. Tried to convince the shop to at least delete the EGR but they wont because apparently shops are getting shut down for that kind of stuff.

    Plus the 6.7 doesnt really need bulletproofing to stay healthy like the old 6.0 and 6.4 require

    Yea it's "illegal" to do it, and then "illegal" to pass an inspection with it deleted. I'm not sure the full legallity of it as I'm not a lawyer.

    North Carolina diesels are exempt from the emissions tests, even the ODB scan. doesnt matter the year of the vehicle

    Thatll change in future years im sure, then there will be a grandfather clause in place.
    its a gray area.. technically illegal to remove emissions equipment from any vehicle but NC doesnt have any emissions standards for diesel engines so getting it inspected isnt technically illegal

    yea thats impressive. Buddy of mine had a 1st gen with 325 when he sold it. To my knowledge its still running well and on the road to date. I believe he made it to 300k without replacing anything but the belt, spark plugs, and fluids/filters

    I can send you some sites tomorrow when I get to work. I spent a whole lot of time out in Wilson’s creek when I was guiding.

    anywhere near little lost cove cliffs is gonna be easy access and not a tough hike. There’s one gated road with a turn around at the end where you can drive to the campsite but not many people know it’s there so it’s rarely taken. If I remember right, it’s in between each end of the trailhead for little lost cove cliffs (that trail is a horseshoe that begins and ends at the road
