    I actually made a.turducken.once...it was good but a lot of effort. Theres a butcher here in town now that will take your stuffing and make the turducken for you. It was a nice showstopper but no one cared enough to do it again.

    I've never killed a duck but use to deer hunt with some people around New Year's. We'd always have a big cookout New Year's Eve and the ducks they had killed that season we would put cream cheese and a jalapeño inside, then wrap it in bacon and cook it over charcoal. From what I remember it was delicious, that is back when I was an alcoholic and was drunk by the time it got around to eating them. Thank goodness I don't hang out with them or drink anymore.

    Only the breast, after it was cooked you could eat the whole thing in 2 bites. I forgot to add, they soaked them in Italian dressing for a day or two before we wrapped them.
