I am trying to figure out if it would be worth it for me to upgrade my UCAs in the future, and/or if I should be worried about my alignment specs after installing my lift. Can anyone provide any insight and point me in the right direction? Photos of my spec sheet attached. Not super educated on alignment specs.

No, that's a perfect alignment. Caster slightly low is not a big deal. Wont cause tire wear. Caster being even side to side will make it stay straight on a flat road when you let go of the wheel but may drift on a crowned road. Depending on if the road is slopped left or right.

Thank you! That makes me feel a little bit better. Had someone tell me my alignment guy sucks and to go find a better shop to have them do it again. But the specs didn’t look that horrible to me. I have felt it drift a little bit here and there on the highway but also believe that could just be the road contributing.

Just jack the caster up on the RF say 1/2 degree, that will take care of the slight drifting to the right u have. That is how I always set up my alignments if the car or truck has caster and camber adjustments.. Just a fyi, the more caster you give to the front end the more stable it is on the road.. me/be vettes, bmw etc have any where from 8 to 12 degrees positive caster.

Are you lifted in front at all?

@Unchained 5150 Yes - 5100s in the front set to the 4th notch if I remember correctly.

Then I would say no not good numbers, for people answering this question for you you might want to state that in the 1st post. Saying 5100's all around doesn't necessarily mean lifted, but 4 th notch is definitely lifted. You are a 3rd gen so what does the 4th notch get you for lift specs?

    Thanks for sharing
I have almost the same #'s after lifting with 5100. The shop was not able to move caster (0.9°)due to being maxed out, but I don't see any issues. Drives fine and straight.

Anyone see any issues with these numbers. I don’t know much about alignments. He said he left the caster on the left rear at that number because trucks like to pull?

JBA STD UCAs. 6112/5160 @6/5. Wheelers 1.5" 3AAL with Superbumps. BROG molle headrest covers. GMRS & Ham radios with roof-mounted NMO Laird Phantom antenna. Thinkware front/rear dashcams, FreshMexicanTaco's DMM, Meso's dome/map LEDs & Flipfob, Swingcase on driver side. Accumulator Delete Mod (ADM). Two-wheel drive Low Range Mod (2LM). Overland Tailor Tune (OTT) 7.0. Extra juicy oil spill on the bed mat.
Get the highest caster possible and ensure the caster is totally equal on both sides. If you have a lift, get aftermarket UCAs. I ordered JBA.

Should've had them pull the camber back a bit but oh well. Will probably get UCAs sometime next year
