As much as I'd love to have goats again I don't want any farm animals for the time being. Plus, they eat everything and scream at me.

We'll probably shop around for something used and find someone to mow it in the meantime. Who knows :frusty:

    Re the Poll:

You should include "Bad Neighbors".

As for the choices offered, it's difficult to choose.
The first 3...everybody would like lower taxes, less corruption.

    Hurricanes...eh.
    However...

    Story Time:

In the summer of 1972 I was in the YCC (Youth Conservation Corps).
    Hurricane Agnes hit that year.
It was the costliest hurricane in history up to that time.
That was because of flooding, mostly.

Agnes made landfall in Florida and went up the east coast.
It stalled out smack dab over Pennsylvania and dumped heavy rain for days like no one had ever seen.
Over 100,00 people in PA were flooded out.
Guess how many had flood insurance?
    Flood insurance in PA? Huh?

The YCC camp was okay, it was on high ground.
We spent a couple weeks running portable pumps in the basements of government and municipal buildings.
    And moving important documents upstairs.
