I am from FL, moved here about 2 years ago. I have never heard of mail in voting for presidential elections until recently to be honest so I don't know. My vote won't count in CO anyways if you know what I mean..

I guess to answer your question, it seems like it opens the door to more fraud than in-person voting. I don't think a neighbor stealing a few ballots from mailboxes is what's going to be the problem, I am talking about bigger scale. Like big swaths of fraudulent votes, which could be done if you can get in at the source. The more strict to me, the better (i.e. government issued IDs and in-person seems to be the most logical unless they can figure something else out).

ZSAN for the win again for me haha, had a nice %gain last week when my limit for selling hit. Couple days later it dropped and my limit buy hit. Sell limit hit again today for a 17% gain before it dropped back again. I’ll just keep doing this for awhile with some play money.

but that NRGU is frustrating. As is GNUS I’m still holding the bag on.

Another thing on voting, where I live (I can't speak for everywhere), I can't think of a place that's closed. We have been eating at restaurants, dine-in, no mask. Bars open, state parks, everything. It'll be interesting to see how they try to say all of that is ok, but you can't vote. Haha I can't wait to see it actually!

Up like 4% after hours. Nice. Boring account gets exposed w/ VTI, it's about 4.5% of VTI. I'm not good enough with my boring account to pick individual stocks yet over ETFs, and AAPL isn't really a monopoly stock for me.

Debating about taking the NRGU losses, actually. Those might help offset some taxes with unemployment stuff. And just wash my hands of it. But then part of me is saying patience is a virtue. :goingcrazy:

There will be more interested retail buyers at $100 than at $400.

GOOG, AMZN, FB, and AAPL all crushed earnings. That's what the tech sector needed to stave off the impending implosion.

Yep. Many people don’t look at stocks over 100. They feel like if they have 1000 to invest, buying 2 or 3 shares isn’t worth it or not exciting. They’d rather get a bunch of 10 or $20 stocks.

Damn, QQQ popping off after hours. I'll be honest, I'm okay missing that one vs the UPD/Fedex spike. I did not expect earnings from everyone in NAS to be good, let alone as good as they are. Live and learn, but I definitely expected the UPS/Fedex spikes. My fault for missing those.

Yep. The split takes effect Aug 31st. I'll be picking up 25 shares. Then they'll convert to 100. Then I'll sell covered calls on them.

That being said, they were all riding pretty high on this assumption, so I never understand the spike after it is confirmed. I won’t be adding to my aapl shares until it calms down a bit.

The amount that all the companies beat by is huge. I haven't done the % figures yet but it's a lot. If by some miracle the next stimulus bill gets passed next week it's only going to add fuel to the fire.

AAPL beat EPS by 27.7%. They beat revenue by 15.2%. That was not priced in. The jump is to be expected and they will continue to go up.

They are up 20% in the last 60 days. You aren’t up 20% for no reason. Those revenue numbers are now in the past. Markets look forward. I don’t think this lasts
