Hey guys. I just Installed the N2 remote start on my 2020 Tacoma. It is a push to start and for some reason, it will work and then it won’t. I noticed that every time I take my 10a fuse out and put it back in it starts working again. Very confused on the issue. I know I’ve done all the wiring correctly. Sometimes the alarm will go off and it will start giving me error checks on the display. If y’all have any info on this, please let me know.

You should have sent him a text, he'd probably troubleshoot it after hours for you.

Alright guys. Apparently god did not bless me with the best eye sight. Granted the red wire and pink wire on the passenger side kick panel look verrrryyyy similar so use light when cutting the them. Jimmy at @N2DesignsInc was great help. We was patient with me the entire time when trying to figure out what was going on for this past two days. Good guy too. When it comes down to it, it was user error and the remote start had no issues. Truck works great now.

Yes, Yes and Yes. We spoke today, something funny going on with the vehicle or during the install process when that may not even be related or user error/incorrect installation. We physically test these modules so that no one ever gets a dud. 9 out of 10 times, it IS other things that are discovered that may have happened inadvertently during install but aren't discovered till later. However, we enjoy the challenge of assisting in finding a mistake a customer made without actually telling them we know they did something wrong...or putting blame. We just want you to have something that works, and to demonstrate our confidence in standing behind a product we sell you. At the end we need to ensure you are happy by any means regardless. Our streak is still at 100%. No man or woman left behind, and no customer left unsatisfied. That is a personal guarantee.

Haha another satisfied customer. Even after all of this time since Jimmy started selling and helping TW with remote starts, he still prides himself with exceeding customer expectations.

You thought money was going to change my business model and structure? NEVER! You're all the reason we work so hard. Without you, there is no N2!

A BIG THANKS to one of our original and one of the first few customers way back, @slowlane , for the support. We truly appreciate YOU! THANK YOU! You've always had nothing but kind words and support. We're just doing what we do...but our priorities are geared much more differently than most companies today. We want to revolutionize the word support because year after year (from my own personal frustrations with support when I need it), all I used to get was an outsourced person in a different country reading a script based on a flow chart of answers received...and now Zendesk?!?! What happened to calling and speaking to someone WITHOUT being on hold forever then accidentally hung up on...we want to bring this back, but with a twist...help WHEN you need it, not when you're at work M-F 9 to 5 like everyone else. This makes me very happy!
