I know man, I know all too well. Try to keep the nice OG stuff nice and original and something always pops up. I'm not saying that just because. It's truly my experience as well.
And I was just gonna say after seeing the pics, I'll bet this is more frustrating and annoying than anything. And exactly for the reasons you stated. At least your pretty damn level headed for a young guy, man:cool:

Got off work a little early today so decided to check over my truck.
Looked at all fluids, suspension, etc.
Truck has 426k miles no leaks, runs great, and the tires have the right psi in them. No maintenance required as of now. Only thing I really need to get is some new wipers.

Also been thinking about getting a stock Toyota chrome exhaust tip??? Should look good if I pull off the carbon wrap off the chrome door handles and will also match the headlights and taillights(sorta)

How many miles is TOO many miles on break in oil? I know you're supposed to only go 500 but what if *hypothetically* you went the whole 3k?

I’m the third owner of them, they’re supposedly removed from a wrecked 3RZ and the last owner had them flow tested and cleaned.

I’m just gonna run the brown ones until I get better injectors along with a tune in the future.

I went 10k on my oil and I sent it to get tested at Blackstone Labs. Thought I would be okay because I’m dumb.

    Narrator: “It was not okay.”

Fawk! Glad you and the car are OK. Car looks like it just needs the bumper fixed, maybe replaced and that's the extent of it.

10k??? That's ballsy. Was there any tBn (proprietary additive package) left in the oil that analysis found?

    Use different oil.

I've had Shell Rotella T6 full synth tested by them after 10k and they told me to take it out to 12k. That was oil from the 2004 Ram 5.7L hemi with over 215k miles on it. I run Rotella T6 in all my engines now and do oil changes at 9k intervals.

Gotta pay extra to check for additive, lol.

I just never had time to do an oil change, there was a lot of iron in the sample. Bearing wear.
