I’d be glad to help if I didn’t live so far away...and wasn’t so damn lazy.

I have to drive 1000 miles this weekend :(

I know. We don't have much left that we plan on bringing this trip but this heat is horrible. We're waiting for it to cool down a little bit more before getting out there. Last night we were down in our shop till 10:30.

I really don't work this weekend but that's the excuse I'm sticking with. That and the 22,000 mile difference.

Leaving politics out of it....which state would be the easiest to live in?
Forget scenery, mountains, lakes; which state has low taxes and is rarely touched by Mother Nature's wrath?
    I'm asking, I don't have the answer.

Your looking for Xanadu, which is on the other side of the Rainbow. If you find it let us know. I don't know of any state like your looking for. You either have to put up with, Hurricanes, too much rain, not enough rain, mud slides, fires, tornadoes, blistering heat waves, and too much snow and cold weather during the winter. Good luck in you search.

Not sure. I don't know enough about each state to compare on a educated level. Pretty sure it would be state/county that would make the most difference.
I like northern Arizona, maybe parts of Colorado, idaho, Utah.

I wish I could. They did away with the Non resident season. Used to be able to go for a late season hunt there but thet shut it down. I believe hunt by guide only now if youre a non resident
