1st notch is recommended if you don’t have added weight.

My Eibach kit comes in next week and will have it installed by the weekend. I will be putting it on the 2nd notch. Also got 2" icon AAL's. I will be putting it on 17" Icon Rebound wheels with 275/70 KO2's. Will post pic when installed.

I only wanted about 2” of lift up front. Also heard ride quality was a bit more firm on 2nd notch. I can’t say enough about ride quality on 1st notch. Most people say it’s more firm than stock but better. I think it’s just way better than stock period. Doesn’t seem too firm to me. Tires are KO2 265/70/17 C load.

Please share what spacer you used, where does it go upfront? Thank you

It’s a 1/4” spacer that is placed on the top hat of the front drivers side spring. I asked about it when I bought the kit from Wheelers and they suggested it. I think it was $11. I read a bunch about this on the forum as well. Apparently the stock suspension takes into account some sort of left front end lean the truck has but aftermarket suspensions don’t. Glad I got it because I am level with it.

Yes, a lot of guys are. Rubbing will really depend on how aggressive your offset is. For example, you will have much less chance of rubbing with a 0 offset wheel than you would with a -10 offset. Also depends how much you will be pushing the suspension. Lots of variables.

I rub a little bit driveways and backing up.
With a passenger it happens more often but not all the time.

    • First notch
    • Stock UCAs
    • No CMC... yet (coming soon)
    • 17x9 0 offset wheels
    • 285/70/17 duratracs

I get that. the inside of the wheel mounting to the back of the rim give you X dimension. My question is where does 0 off set start?

For the people who have ran both this Eibach stage 1 kit and Bilstein 5100s on OME springs, which would you prefer and why?
I literally have both kits in my cart at headstrong and for the life of me can’t make a final decision because they both are good. So opinions needed from people who have ran both. Please and Thankyou.

I have 16 inch SCS Ray10s and KO2 265/75 tires going on Saturday. I just did the first notch since I don't have a aftermarket bumper going on. Eibach recommended that if you don't have any armour up front to just run the first notch. I also have the ICON 3 leaf AAL on with the overload taken out.

I never asked you. Some people have their different reasons.
Some people put it on the 2nd notch and don't have an aftermarket bumper.
