Round these parts, people just run swamp coolers in the window to cool their garages. But, swamp coolers work well here because we get single digit humidity on the really hot days.

 

I'll take that over hot and 65% humidity!!
The limited time I've spent in the Desert SW in summer heat was entirely more "enjoyable" for this hyperhidrosis sufferer!!
