The wife will be disappointed when it's over. Shaving my head every few days has given her some purpose over the last few weeks.

It's actually not a bad deal. She has to stand on a stool to reach me. So I'm face to face with the puppies for a lot of it.

Seems solid, I know on the original tri fold they had gasket issues. Apparently they replaced those for free and redesigned the seal about a year ago. I believe the top material is 3/16ths aluminum coated in urethane. No matte black non urethane option in the Stance yet.

The concept is definitely the most useful I have seen. The hardest part about standing it up, stancing it? Is getting myself in the bed lol. Someone a few inches taller could probably do it from the ground.

I see you have a 3rd gen DC. I wonder what options exist for the ‘receiver’ piece on a 2.5. My rooftop seams/gaskets have no breaks or options for rooftop attachments. But I like the idea a lot. Weight bearing. Weather resistant. Gets completely out of the way without removal. Not ridiculously expensive

    All this COVID-19 haircut talk...

Pre-COVID-19, my hair was almost too my waist and my full beard reached my chest. I’m a big guy too, so I was either likened to an old school biker dude, or if I wore a ball cap, an old school fisherman. If I got all cleaned up, I was called portly Jesus. LOL

Post-COVID-19, hair is buzzed, beard is about an inch or less... I have to mask up a lot so the shorter beard helps.

Only thing I have done to Rosie lately is oil and filter change and lubed the driveline. Keeps on trucking. Need to do spark plugs and change out the diff lube. How does the truck behave if the rear diff fluid is beyond needing to be replaced? I’m getting some groaning when I turn..

I'll post some better pics of the roof brackets tomorrow, the actually don't interact with the rooftop gaskets at all. Applied with 3m adhesive.

Somewhere around that time they switched to an electronic LSD. But yours may have the mechanical LSD. Not sure...can't remember off the top of my head.

I would poke around here a bit or check the manual. If it is a mechanical type you'll need to either use an oil with the limited slip additive ( LS) in it or you'll need to add it separately

    Howdy crew,

Woke up to a major rain storm :) I love rain - it relaxes me.
Driving to work this morning, I put Bertha in a high 4 X 4 mode to lubricate the system (recommended by the Toyota manual to drive at least 20 miles a month in all wheel drive mode)

    Happy Friday!!!

    Ahhhhh
So it has nothing to do with shaving.
    Your slyness is impressive.

It’s one of 4 or 5 responses loaded at all times.
