Its got 50 miles on it now. Its going to be more fun when im out of the break in period.

On the ride home:

The seat is decent. Its wide and kinda low. To me, feels like a supermoto (but Ive never ridden one, so I dont really know). The tank is low and flat. I can move forward/backward on the seat which changes my leg position. I think normal riding, Im crushing my junk on the back of the tank (or just a little off). Still fun.

Under break-in period (622 miles) I need to keep the revs under 6k. Also need to shift through the gears, and dont stay long at one RPM range. Then between 623 - 1500 miles I think I need to keep the RPMS under 8k. Then after 1500 miles, I can bounce off the rev limiter.

The clutch is hydraulic and the brake is hydraulic. I could do 1 finger clutch pulls if I wanted. Could not do that on the 48.

Tonight at work (I should have taken off) Im going to be looking for a tank bag and possibly a small windscreen. Ive seen some reviews that help push the air up over me, and not into my chest.

I also found out that the 2020+ Scramblers, not the Desert Sled, do not have the ability to turn off ABS. I could pull the fuse, or do as the manual says and pull excessive long wheelies. But that built in USB port will come in handy for charging phones. And the "trunk" can fit a sandwich. Im happy about that, but will still be in the market for some soft bags.

 

Thinking about waiting on that Pitbull stand from my friend. I know its a good deal, but not sure if I need it just yet.
