I added rear speakers to my extra cab as well - it made a huge difference.

I have had these same clamps on my shell for a year and a half With 60k miles, cross country road trips with off-roading with kayaks on the roof rack. They hold tight and never need tightening. Nice score on the shell!

Stock, just got her, 3rd owner, purchased at 144k for 18k (they gave me a sweet deal on my trade)
Just grabbed a set of 2020 TRDOR front struts and shocks with 4k miles on them for 100 bucks. Going into the taco real soon. I've checked out the 2nd to 3rd suspension swap thread but anyone else have any bits of wisdom for swapping the fronts?

If you turn the radio down, the wind noise will become more noticeable. One sound was masking the other. May need new door seals. Just my opinion. Turn my radio down one day and heard the noise my muffler was making. Found out it was making that noise for a good bit of time.

Great looking set of wheels. Mind if I ask what you paid roughly for them?

    Bought parts for it yesterday.
Steering wheel, R/F fender, connectors, charcoal canister.
The charcoal canister and fender should be here today (might not be able to pick them up until Monday).

I tried removing a bracket for my rear ABS wires (which is bolted to the canister), it's rusted so the whole bracket turns/bends.
    Replacing my damaged steering wheel.
R/F fender has a big dent in it and I've been asking paintless dent removal (who does other cars at work) to remove it for a couple months now. I need it fixed so I can install a snorkel and my Bushwacker flares. I got tired of waiting so I ordered a new fender.
The connectors are for the navigation and power mirrors I'm installing.

I just realized I didn't answer part of your question when I responded a few days ago. Getting the ball joint free of the spindle was easy. I took the cotter pin and castle nut off the end of the ball joint and used a hammer to wedge a pickle fork between the boot of the ball joint and the spindle. A couple of hard taps and the ball joint came free.

I hope not to need the pickle fork; too damaging potential, but we will see.
My units were only installed 2 summers ago, so hopefully won't be too stubborn. Next weekend I aim to tackle the project. I've found these video's most helpful

and of course the ones by SPC https://www.spcalignment.com/index....part_description&pid=25470&Submit_form=Submit

Just got to make sure you find center on the panel from the back side. I used the holes for the retaining clips for the panel and measured to the center of the opening of the speaker opening and transfer that to the back of the panel making sure that I was between the 2 horizontal groves on the face of the panel. Then just used a drill bit to make a starter hole and used a saber saw to cut them out.

My latest fuel mileage calculation. A lot of towing and a lot of very slow driving at my works yard.
