Maybe go with the flow of traffic . Too slow, you’re a danger / hazard on the road .

Driving the speed limit in the passing lane is just being a shitting driver, its not a cruising lane.

I drive my work and personal vehicles very differently. In my work truck, I'm almost always in the left lane, actually passing, and usually the fastest one in my immediate area. I have been surprised how quickly and often people have moved over before I get up on them. They usually stay in the right lane after. I pass, which is where they should've been to begin with since they weren't passing anyone.

In my Taco, I drive very conservatively and am usually one of the slower cars out there, in the right lane. I have noticed it will stay in 6th gear more often if I stay below 65. I guess the aero drag falls off a cliff above that speed.

I have intentionally been this guy. For a while there was an Acura suv the would tailgate me from the time I left my street until I was almost to work daily. Didn't matter if I drove at my normal pace (5+) or 15 over. Mind you this was at 4:30 am on a mix of suburban and country roads with plenty of options to take different routes, pass, etc.

I quickly tired of this and decided to start a campaign of frustration. Some day's I would race in well over the limit. Others I was Mr. dead on the speed limit. Sometimes I would pull over and let them pass.

Surprisingly they don't seem to follow me in anymore. o_O

Saw a guy yesterday with a big walking stick. He was walking in the shoulder against traffic while poking his walking stick toward the vehicles in the right lane.

In my humble opinion, methamphetamines is a key factor in poor driving on the roads today.

Then after trying to be nice - you should drive 5mph and not allow them to pass.
