    Hello taco lover,

I just lift my gen 3 but the rear is sitting about 1 in lower. I’m running Bilstien 6112/5160 and icon 1.5 aal with spc uca and I also add a small space in the front to achieve the full 3in. Does anyone know how to correct it so I could get it to a level. Thanks

Remove the spacer in front, add a spacer to the rear, or lower the front setting on the 6112.

Or replace the aal with a full leaf pack replacement.

On the 6112’s they have a recommended setting for desired height of lift per truck you put them on. So what truck you running and what did you set them at?

How lower do you thing it would settle. I was thinking of adding a 1in rear block but I’m afraid it would raise the rear to high.

I have a few questions for you. On the fifth setting how much did you gain ? Did you put overload leaf or any shims on rear ? What is current difference?

I think the Harbor Freight jack stands might have collapsed and OP’s lifeless body is in his driveway. :notsure:

The stock leafs are probably tired and the truck had no stock rake left when you lifted it. Lifting the front 3” and the rear 1.5” will result in bro lean.

My advice? (With a grain of salt) is move the setting down one ring on the 6100’s. (It will ride nicer)

You can also splurge on new OME Dakar rear springs or add a block to the rear to raise it up.

Even if your rake is level unloaded you will sag in the rear with a load. Personally I like 1-2” of rake to the rear. I think it looks better and when you’re loaded up the ass end will be even.

Also it’s better to measure from the centre of the wheel hub to the fender when asking for advice because it takes tire size and pressure out of the equation and people can give you apples to apples comparisons.

014934AB-2D06-4BF9-90F1-A5AD9B54CA12.jpg Thanks for the advice bro. Sorry it’s because I’m new to the taco forums and to lifting. I’m asking these information because I had took my truck to a local shop to do the lift and it was just a little off because the rear was lower then the front. I had even ask the shop that I wanted the truck to be level.

It looks good, as stated drive it awhile let your oem leaf pack wear out some more then upgrade to a better pack. Should give you years of use at that point.

You could put 1” block in rear? Also Overload back in will give 1/2” I believe. Plus a shim. Just my 2cents. Your truck does look sick bro. Not taking away form that.

This is the rabbit hole. A one inch block will fix it. Then you'll think the tires look small. Then you'll say you want 35's. It never ends.

I would spend on a new leaf pack and call it a day.
