1995 manual locking hub torque specs

I am having trouble finding the torque specs for my manual locking hubs. I'm looking for the specs for the 10mm bolts that attach the locking mechanism and the 12 mm bolts with the cone washers that mount to the rotor. Anything is appreciated

I had to go thru a half assed one when I did mine; do it once though and it's easy as hell afterward.

 

That is a heavy duty axle with M10 andM12 bolts just attaching the hubs

 

Any 1 knows what is the torque specks on axel bearing hub nut on 4x4 manual wheel locks ,for 95-01 tacoma .need it asap,. Thanks ,.
