    Here's another good option ;

    Google KAT. (Kentucky Adventure Trail) . Routes change as conditions dictate. Moderate trails that most any experienced off roader can have a good time. Jeff Stoess is Da' man! Get his newest map download just before you hit the trails. (Avoids trail closures, etc) Many points where you can jump off trails for food/supplies/gas...Also, using these routes gives you good access to help if there's a problem.

    How would one go around getting ahold of Jeff Stoess. I and some of my friends have been talking about hitting up that side of the state for awhile. we're just trying to finish up our builds before fully committing.
