My well pressure tank was starting to shit the bed...it was installed in June 87, so it was one month younger than I am.

Got a new one today. Might have went slightly overboard :anonymous: 20gal vs 86gal

also bumped up to a 40/60 pressure switch. Man, having water pressure again is NICE. :D

    upload_2020-8-1_22-47-17.jpg

The new one is 5ft tall for reference and much larger diameter.

I need to fire up the well pump to see if it still works for landscaping. Previous owners hooked up to city water.

Nah, I always use the X-Bulls so I don’t cry when they get swiped off the roof.

Boom, pulled the trigger :D Picked up a new to me freedom seed dispenser over the weekend. 5.56, 10.5" barrel, spikes lower, romeo 5, SBA3 brace, dimpled flash can. Caught up with a good feller having a "cleaning out the safe" sale. Have not shot yet, will be a few weeks, I am 1 week post op on left hand surgery, right hand next week, then a couple weeks of recovery. Will give me time to find some dammo ammo.

Nothing wrong with that red dot, everyone I know that has one, loves it.

I wish I could find someone clearing out their safe............ I do not have such luck, or patience.

I got lucky, I have been stalking armslist 3x a day for weeks. This one popped up and made a run out to Jacksonville NC to scoop it up next day. Great guy, former marine, he has another one just like it the he likes better. got for 700 beans which I though was more than fair based on the current climate.

Ive got some ambi items inbound since I have to rifle left handed, left eye dominant. ambi safety, ambi mag release, and B.A.D lever for ambi bolt catch / release.

Its official, I'll be moving down to the hickory, newton/where ever I can find a temporary rental, area next month! Accepted a job offer today! The Tacoma will stay up here until i have a house because having 3 cars potentially in an apartment for a short period of time wont work out.

Looking forward to meeting you guys!! I'll have a bunch of questions around registering a garage built SAS tacoma down there, but that will not be for a bit.

Nice it's easy to register just take the title and proof of ins. to the DMV registration office and say I need tags. You may or may not need an inspection probably not until a yr from you initial registration. That's easy too. NC is very simple.
