    Awesome!

Also worth mentioning, the time I went to check out truck dent I ended up carefully backing down from about halfway up.

There was a rock ledge that was just too tall for an attempt in my stock height taco (with stock front bumper). Although the trail is very short, backing down was not very fun. Lol.

Thanks. Just watched a YouTube on it and didn’t look like something I’d take. Definitely not solo.

might have to get a bumper before I paint the truck neon green.

Damn 3rd gens must be low slung up front then. Ran it tons of times in my 2nd gen on 265s with stock front bumper. Without rubbing on anything.

The front feels like it has a worse approach angle. And the bumper itself will implode if an Alaskan mosquitoes hits it.
The 2nd and 3rd gen are the same according to the web.

Might have changed since ya last been there? I've taken the 3rd gen through some stuff before. It's got good ground clearance.

Thanks for the heads up on Triangulation point.

    Stuff and things
Just a tease from the PCOR this weekend. Made it about 160 miles. Bugs weren't bad. Took off my Light Racing UCA's last week before the trip and regreased the bushings, cleaned up the ball joints, gave them a fresh dose of grease as well, my annoying squeak is gone and I swear it's riding ever so better in the front. Cleaned up heaps of trash, and performed one spectacular firepit reconstruction.

Pretty cruiser route, too cruiser honestly, would really like to hit something a bit more exciting with anyone who's keen. Does Oregon have an equivalent of the Whipsaw?! Down to go roam to Triangulation!

I'll write up a little hooya and post up the rest of the pics sometime this week.

    :cool::cool::cool:

I'm down to hit up Triangulation point soon, but not sure it's anything challenging at all from what's been said here.

We are gathering up some more gear, getting ready for our flying by the seat of our pants trip. Basically gonna go wherever we end up... for a few nights and days is the plan. Launch date TBD... wife ordered me a very nice big sleeping pad, but I have no idea when it will arrive.

Looks fun. Still I feel fortunate to live in the PNW. We have so many great options within reach. There are many places in the US where you don't have any good options for hundreds of miles.

For sure! Love it here and all it has to offer.
I just like the idea of a little more open area to wheel. Lol

The only time I have spent in Eastern Oregon is driving though on 84. Sounds like fun going out there some time.

Might be a good place to escape the rain later in the year?
