Happy Sunday fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians! I drove down to Dillsburg yesterday to pick up our grandson. A good highway speed run out for Odie, now at 2500 miles. The drive reminded me how much I hate I81 - was barely out of Scranton when I got caught in a traffic backup from an accident. 45 minutes lost. FYI, if you are planning on using PA15 between Harrisburg and MD, there is single lane construction through Dillsburg that is causing huge back-ups and drive-times. Avoid it if you can.

Good morning all. Heavy rain overnight here and more rain forecast next few days. Looks like I'll be driving the truck to work next few days. Guess I'll be finding out how much it'll cost to put gas in it soon.

 

Morning Pennsylvania Severe thunderstorm warning here in upstate NY today . Possibly hail and tornado watch

 

I've had my Tacoma since February and just went over 2500 miles. I'm pleased with the gas mileage at this point - mixed driving on the last tank was at 21.5 MPG. Then I drove a fresh tankful up through the Poconos from Dillsboro to north of Scranton and I'm sitting a 19.8 right now with more than 3/4 of a tank left.

 

We had two tornado warnings here this morning, and about 3” of rain so far.

It rained enough here this morning that I'll have to wait until it dries out to mow the lawn this afternoon.

Damn. Hatfield is dry it didn’t even rain last night.

 

Flood gates opened up this morning. We needed it.

 

Hard rain everything ran off nothing soaked in.

I have a few more ravines in the drive way .

 

I'l post in NE Craigslist too, but looking for a decent set of 2nd gen headlights for a friend's dad....

 

Finally got around to having the bedsides, rear doors clay bar'd, buffed and waxed after removing the BAJA T/X graphics back in March. Buddy down the street does mobile detailing. He did an awesome job. Now I need to order new clips for my flares since I broke most of them removing them. LOL he also did the taillights and tailgate.

Took a ride. Plan to go camping weds-fri.

My truck sat long enough it became the AC/electronics graveyard lol. Im down to the cylinders and old AC units.
