I’m wondering what’s the best interior mount system (for 3rd gen) that can/will hold a garmin inreach, cellphone, Radio mic, and possibly a GoPro.

Check out the Dash Top Multi Mount from @FreshMexicanTaco. Works great for me. I even use it to hold an iPad sometimes.
