Looking for ammo, very scarce. Need an ar10. Seems to always be some 308 on the shelves when searching for ammo lately.

 

Not a suppressor but a forward blast device. Not sure of proper lingo.

 

Yeah, that's what I was asking. "Can" is synonymous with suppressor, it looked a little short to be a true suppressor but no evidence of fluting on the side for blowback gasses. Without seeing the front it's hard to tell if its a blow forward or suppressed. If it was suppressed, you might want to look at replacing the charging handle with a radian raptor fishbone handle to alleviate some of the extra powder in your face.

I would like to have one of those for the current property, even just a cellar or tornado shelter. Past couple of years we have had some close ones.

Id like to build a 300blk or another 5.56 SBR from a parts kit for my next one. I've been bouncing around the idea of having 2 or more of the same caliber rifle or having separate calibers. I dunno.

If money was no option, I'd pick up one of these in 24" 6.5 creedmore paired with one of these scopes. Ill have to tell the wife that I only spent like 1200$ on the whole lot though, lest I loose it. I'd really like to try to get into the long range game but theres no ranges out past 400 yrds near the Charleston area. So as much as I want one now, I'll just put it on hold for the time being.
