OVTune 3.5L Tacoma Supercharger and Twin Turbo Systems

I assume mat will run the kit like this. Red is hot side from each turbo outlet. 2->1 to FMIC. Green is cold side out to engine intake.
Lots of pipes and couplers lol

 

What made u chose green and not blue? Lol

The email ovtune sent regarding cat-less downpipes says they don't expect it to produce a chexk engine light. Any thoughts this?

 

It will come with a tune that would most likely bypass those CEL.
He had a tune for non-turbo catless downpipes that avoids CEL.

Sort of. Older tune versions didn't have a CEL. People with the catless pipes on the newer 2.0 dump tube tunes now have a CEL

 

Ye, the older catless 2.0 beta tunes worked for me when I went catless. Haven't used the newer dump tunes since I no longer have the dump tubes.

he’s just going to do tuning for the competitors super chargers.

 

he had a Magnuson SC in his shop - think he was doing the calibration from them. The Magnuson site shows them and notes they are working on CARB - which if it happens would make their product feasible for use in emission requirement areas. OVTune had 5 SC kits - but he stated the CARB cert was not going to happen for his product. CARB for me as I really don't want to have to install - remove - install - repeat.....

 

Knowing that an intercooler has to go in and seeing that the drawn lines representing the pipes are extremely close together, one can surmise that the flow of hot air is to the driver side where it turns to enter the space behind the grill, enters the intercooler, and then exits to return to the passenger side of the engine bay.

Failing to put that together is okay though, because Mat has also stated in this thread that the hot side is the driver side and that the hot side is a 2-to-1 setup, so with that information, you'd be able to piece it together without the pretty picture from @MESO. It's okay to read the OP's posts guys.
