ARB is heavy but it’s pure steel. TRD is aluminum and won’t do much for protection

Sold my 2nd gen over the weekend so got a few things transferred over to the 3rd gen truck. Had my BPF skid plate re-powdered and got the Trd letters freshly painted. Also hit the tow hook with some aluminum paint. Had to get longer bolts and use some washer to get the plate gap between the bumper to something minimal. Still have to get the rubber edge guard on there.Think it turned out great. Eventually want to get the SSO slimline, hopefully there will be another group buy for that!

    I remember that area!
Used to also paddle around ships graveyard on the Potomac near Quantico, VA when I was stationed there.

I have the Nitto Terra Grapplers, 265/70r17 with about 20,000 miles on them and they still look brand new. Just make sure you get them rotated and balanced every 5,000 miles. Hope this helps!

Thank you. Will probably pull the trigger soon then.. when I start driving my truck again. I've maybe only done 150-200 miles since beginning of March.

All depends on how much weight vs protection you want.

I just picked up a used mountain bike to get into riding and finding anything not grossly overpriced is hard these days, went to get a tire pump and the bike section at wally world looked ransacked. Crazy!

Went through same thing. Needed a tire and 2 tubes for 3 bikes. None to be found locally. Try finding tires. Prices are through the roof now.

I know it! Here in Maine, it's either kids bikes, or all out full suspension setups for like 2 grand in the used market.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
That's why I'm getting my old rollerblades out of the closet. I'm sure after a week or two of getting back in shape and practicing, I'll be rollin' like this girl:

I got lucky and the bike I picked up was owned by a guy who used to work in a bike shop and took care of his stuff, said his son rode it and they're only selling because he outgrew the frame. Didn't need anything to get riding and I hadn't even thought of buying parts so I'm even happier now

Spent the day yesterday installing the SDHQ hidden winch mount, Warn VR EVO 10s, and Factor 55 fairlead and Flat Link. Install was pretty straightforward, just made sure to take my time to avoid breaking bumper clips, and to get the plastic trimmed neatly around the fairlead. Now I need to get a bracket fabbed to mount the solenoid pack, and figure out how to mount the front license plate.
