LambTek Innovations - Winch Switch Bracket - Protect Your Investment!

Mount came in, very happy with the product. Very clean, might take off one day for some power coating but don’t see that being a big issue. Only issue was with the blueseas. Switch, I’m 99% sure they forgot a bolt for the cover. I does clip on but it’s sucks loose click it feels like one nice bump will pop it off.

 

Looks awesome Brad! Hmmm, I'm pretty confident that the switches do not come with a screw. The bottom cap just clips in as you mentioned, I haven't had mine disappear on me as of yet. Thanks for your support

Thanks for all the continued support ladies and gents! Apologies for the lack of activity on the this thread as of late, I have been busy with the new job and weekend adventuring.

I hope to be placing another batch of brackets soon, with a potentially new design (Toyota logo, or TRD logo). I have also been looking to offer them coated, so keep an eye out for that as well!

Hey Chris I received mine a couple days ago, thanks again. One tiny problem.
The loom on one end isn't secured under the heat shrink
Can I just hit the frayed ends with a heat gun and tighten it up?

 

Oh man!!! That’s no bueno. Sorry about that!

As far as the heat gun - I am not 100% sure. If you try it, be gentle with the heat as the sheathing melts pretty easily.

If you try it and it doesn’t work out to your satisfaction, let me know and I will send you a new power lead free of charge.

Thats ok. I might just order some marine shrink tube like what you used and slip it over the top. Is that stuff adhesive lined? looks like it is.

 

I was going to suggest that as well. Yes it is! I could send you a length of what I use if you’d like so you don’t have to order any.

Mine did the same thing, I had some more red shrink tubing laying around and just doubled it up. That red and black sheathing doesn’t like heat. I used it when I wired up my switch pro and had to stop using a propane torch to heat the shrink tubing and switch to a heat gun. Side note I dropped my first heat gun and broke it so the propane torch wasn’t my plan from the beginning I just didn’t want to stop and go get a new one which I ended up doing.
