Lol I like the gx470 a lot... but no matter what vehicle I’ve had, I alway missed my Tacoma. 2005 Tacoma, 5th gen 4runner, 2nd gen Tundra, 2nd gen IS350, 2016 Highlander XLE, and now we have the 2014 Sequoia and 2007 Tacoma. It’s a great combo. The Sequoia Platinum with 5.7L gets better MPG than the gx470 if you’re careful.

I had a 2006 double cab Tacoma and a 2011 Sequoia. Missed the Tacoma until I bought a full size Chevy with a long bed, now I don’t miss the Tacoma at all. The Chevy does truck things way better than a Tacoma ever could. The GX470 is way more comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 small kids than the Tacoma. I do miss all the room the sequoia had, that thing was amazing for road trips and actually got better gas mileage than a stock gx470. Our next vehicle will be a 2008-newer land cruiser. We also want a first gen Tacoma but those things are ridiculously expensive for what they are.

Haven't found one yet. I'm trying to sell the Tacoma first but just taking my time with both. Most 470s I find are 2003-2005 180k ish range for $8,000 range. That's about where I want to be. Although I found an 2007 with 140k for $12k. It looks nice but they want ALL the money. Plus I'm trying to find one with good service history and the dash has been replaced. I don't mind the body being scraped up as I'm going offroad with it anyways. I'm planning on getting my stepdad's 2001 Silverado so I'll have a truck for Lowe's and stuff.

thats exactly why they're expensive lol. They are the OG mid-size truck that no other manufacture came close to back in the 90s-2004 lol.

Good luck on the search for the owner that doesnt know what they got.

i mean that one looks pretty straight for what they are asking. You could lowball them and have a carefree rig you can do whatever too.
