I ordered in early May. Some sizes and models are available but most deliveries will be Sep or even Oct. But this is the case with all manufacturers. The pandemic led to a run on bikes. I called every bike shop within a 150 miles back in early April and they were all really low on stock or out altogether. Not the time to buy my first new bike in 20 years...

I ordered a new 2021 Fox Transfer 175mm to replace my 150mm in May. Still have not gotten it. All parts are out of stock every where. I'm glad people are getting into the sport but damn....

I’ve been running Time ATAC pedals for 20 years. Best pedals out there for mud shedding and easy clip in and out. I run the pricey carbon / titanium ones. Love em’, just bought a new set having ran my current ones for 14 years. Which by the way are still going strong. That makes two old sets that are still good for back up, not that I’ll ever need them. ;) By the way I’m in Colorado and don’t deal with much mud either.

I’ve never ran the combo flat clipless though.

These are the ones I just bought.

These pedals have the most float and can be changed by switching the cleats left to right. You can also order “easy out” cleats which are basically shaved cleats. Which is what I’ve always ran. So easy to unclip or clip in, in a hurry without any unclipping by mistake.

I ordered a work stand over a month ago and I’m still waiting on it. All shops were out and all orders were back ordered due to so many people taking up the sport during this pandemic.

You have torque caps on your hubs. Thats what those spacer things are.

They are easily removable, I just dont know off the top of my head what you need to be "regular"

You'll need "regular" end caps for your hubs, not torque caps. I was trying to find you a link of what you needs, but of course Specialized has their own house (read proprietary) hubs. I'd talk to your bike shop or call specialized direct for the part you need.

I wa sjust gonna chime in. you need regular end caps and not torque. If it's a special hub, talk to specialized, they shoudl have the part...becuase it's all specialized...or talk to fox, they might have the info as well

well, it also looks like you're trying to run a fox fork...which isn't usually torque cap, just regular cap....
